Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. 

Shipping Costs

AU orders below $45.00 will incur a $8.00 shipping fee

AU orders of $45.00 and above will receive free shipping

Essential Creme ships Australia wide. 

Lost or delayed Shipments

If you experience any delays or if your parcel is lost during transit, please contact the courier company directly. The chosen courier for your order can be found in your tracking details.
