Essential Crème Return and Refund Policy 

Our Terms & Conditions, including your rights in relation to consumer guarantees, apply to all products purchased from the website.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products once they have been purchased. We ask that you choose your items carefully. 

We have used our best endeavours to ensure the images used on the website and official social media platforms are an accurate representation of the products being sold on the Essential Crème online store.

2. Return Procedure and Refunds

If you believe your package is damaged on arrival, please contact us at info@essential-vegan.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the damaged goods and if the issue is confirmed, will provide a replacement or issue a full refund of the damaged goods, depending on your preference and availability.   

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
